Summary of Key Deadlines

Time for you to decide on joining the tour is tight--tight indeed. To be facing this circumstance, you have the most sincere apologies from the Club, your alumni Board, and Classical Movements. This tight timeframe, however, is mainly a function of the itineraries for Club having been finalized only in mid December, then the holidays that intervened and alumni variants then having to be created.

To join the China tour, you need to complete the following key tasks by end of business as of these important dates:

  • By Friday, January 27
    • Return your completed Personal Information Form (separate form for each individual traveling) along with a $500/person non-refundable commitment fee
    • If you select the Maize Plan and wish to travel on the Delta group air arrangement with UMMGC out of Detroit, your commitment and payment of this cost to Classical Movements
  • By Friday, February 10: Payment of the balance due on your land travel cost for either the Maize or Blue Plans
  • By Thursday, March 1: Notification to Classical Movements of your finalized independently-arranged air travel plans (if you are not traveling via the group arrangement under the Maize Plan)
